Pragtige ligging en meubilering, maar swak diens.

Met aankoms het ons baie onwelkom gevoel, ons moes lank voor die hek wag en daarna het die wag nie eers geweet in watter kamer ons is nie. Die kamer was netjies, maar die badkamer het 'n baie slegte reuk gehad (suite 4). Ons is toe geskuif na 'n ander kamer wat darem beter was. Ontbyt was heerlik en vriendelike diens, maar reëlings daarvan was deurmekaar en ons moes baie lank wag om bedien te word. Suite 4 moes volgens advertensie uitkyk op die olifante in hul natuurlike habitat asook die berge hê, maar al uitsig was die voortuin. By vertrek het hulle gesê ons skuld nog geld, maar die volle bedrag was vereis en betaal op bespreking. Ter opsomming - mooi ligging en meubels, maar uiterse swak diens.

Upon arrival we felt very unwelcome, we had to wait a long while in front of the gate and afterwards the guard didn't even know in which room we were. The room was neat, but the bathroom had a very bad smell (suite 4). We were then moved to another room which was better. Breakfast was delicious and friendly service, but arrangements were confused and we had to wait a very long time to be served. Suite 4 was supposed to have elephant views in their natural habitat as well as the mountains, but views were the front yard. Upon departure, they said we still owed money, but the full amount was required and paid on booking. In summary - nice location and furniture, but extremely poor service.

Absoluut puik.

Ons het gevind dat Maps op jou selfoon jou verby die afdraai wou neem - gelukkig was ons al daar en het by die regte plek afgedraai. Dit kan vir voornememde gaste onduidelik wees om die gastehuis te vind.
