Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

Kindly maintain the condition of the house as you found it.
No loud noises or music allowed.
Please note that should a noise-reducing warning be issued by the park, a fine of R5000 will be issued to the guest, of which the guest is liable to pay.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Always activate the house alarm using the provided remote when leaving.
While clean linens, toilet paper, and black
bags are provided initially, subsequent needs are the guests responsibility.
Ensure all air-conditioners are turned off whenever you exit the house. Using them while not in the house will result in a R500 fine for electricity misuse.
Do not leave any food or beverages behind upon departure.
The pool is to be used at your own risk. Please avoid using glass items near the pool, and children must be supervised at all times.
Despite pre-arrival cleaning, guests are urged to inspect under toilet seats and beds for any unexpected wildlife. If you encounter a snake, please contact Honorary Ranger Juan de Beer at 060 665 5000 for removal.
While being in a Conservation area, guests must respect the park's regulations.
Always observe the speed limit to protect wildlife.
