Horrible stay at the guesthouse. We had water/geyser issues that were not communicated with us by management.

Stayed there two days. Host was unfriendly and was barely visible to guide us around. Only called my phone to find out about the money, doesn't care about anything else. There was no water to bath in the morning that we left. Female host was rude, and didn't even bother to come greet us and welcome us when we arrived. We were welcomed by the lady who cleaned the place. Will not recommend anyone to stay here as the owners are unkind, rude, unfriendly and unenthusiastic. Other than that the guesthouse is beautiful.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate hearing from our guests how their experience was staying at our guesthouse.

We are sorry that you feel that the host was rude, as she simply asked politely for payment for the nights stay as our policy states that you have to pay before you stay.

It was an unfortunate incident that one of our geysers burst and flooded two of our rooms but luckily there were plumbers attending to the problem and you were moved to another room where the water was nice and warm.

Apologies for not being there to greet you personally as we had a family emergency but our lovely “cleaning lady” Bertha does a wonderful job in welcoming our guests professionally and is always friendly.

You are very welcome to come and visit us again.
