Evergreen River Guest Farm
Description
Le Butterfly cottage has 2 private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The main room has a queen bed and one room has 2 single beds. There are also 2 single beds in the open-plan living area to accommodate a further 2 guests. The unit is self-catering and has a fully equipped kitchen with potjie pot, gas skottel braai and gas stove with oven. The dining room and sitting room is open plan with an indoor fireplace. The unit has an undercover patio with built-in braai, patio furniture and patio misters. The outdoor facilities boast an outdoor shower, firepit and natural rock splash pool. The unit is mountain-facing and within 200 m of the river. There are fans and a radio in each room. Windows have mosquito gauze. We are dog friendly at an additional cost, but please read our terms and conditions under our house rules.

House Rules
Smoking is not permitted in the units. There are no TV's in Star Gazer and Le Butterfly. There is limited cellphone coverage on the farm but good connectivity within 2,5 kms of the farm. We regret, no credit card facilities are available. Should a balance be payable on the amount owing you are requested to bring cash to pay the difference on arrival. Dog stays are welcome by prior arrangement at an additional cost. The cost per dog to stay is R150 for the duration period and this amount gets paid to us directly. Please enquire about the terms and conditions regarding this. Visitors need to bring beds, bedding and bowls for pets. Pets are not allowed on any of the cottage furniture. If this happens, an additional laundry fee will be charged. Pets are not allowed to be unattended in the cottage. When making a reservation, please confirm the number of pets, size and breed. Consideration must be given to our 2 resident dogs. No cats allowed unfortunately. No loud music or noise before 10h00 and after 22h00
