Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

A breakage deposit is applicable to each booking and refundable after 10 days of the check-out day.

Please note that the establishment is set in a residential area and strives to maintain good neighbour relations. Therefore, strict policies are in place at the establishment and guests may be asked to vacate the premises or forfeit the breakage deposit for not adhering to these policies.

Guests should please be mindful of the neighbours and refrain from excessive noise or loud music at any time during the day.

The establishment does not accommodate parties, student groups, bachelor-, bachelorette-, social parties, or team building.

The accommodation is not suitable for pets, however, an exception can be made for guide dogs by prior arrangement.

The towels provided in the house is solely for indoor use. Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guests are also asked to maintain the tidiness of the houses and ensure that it's left in a clean state before checking out.

Langebaan Holiday Homes is not responsible for any losses, breakages or damages of any nature occurring to this house, or the content thereof, for the duration of guests' stay.

No check-in after 20:00. A late check-in is charged at R 250.00 per half an hour, which needs to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Due to water shortages, no washing machines will be available unless guests have booked for 7 days or longer.
