Description

Footprints offer comfortable self-catering accommodation in an 8-sleeper holiday home in a tranquil setting. The house is situated in an estate in Witsand, just a short walk to a 'private' beach on the banks of the Breede River, and 2 km from the main beach.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children. There is one en-suite bathroom, one family bathroom and a guest toilet. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and sliding doors leading onto a patio with a view of the Breede River. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has a double bed and sliding doors leading onto a wooden deck with views over the ravine. The fourth bedroom contains 2 bunk beds. Both bath and shower facilities are available.

The house comprises an open-plan lounge, dining room and a kitchen, with a built-in braai in the kitchen and a braai on the patio. Guests can enjoy meals in the kitchen, particularly in winter when the fire warms the entire area. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a dishwasher for convenience. The dining room table and the outdoor patio table can seat 8 guests.

After days of sun, sea and sand, head back to the house for a relaxing evening around a fire and enjoy the sunset and a visit from the resident owls.
