Lovely stay in a rustic cottage amongst beautiful surroundings.

The cottage was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed. The information file provided was fully comprehensive. Walks were easy to follow, well marked and maintained. The waterfall and swimming pools were absolutely beautiful and well worth the effort. Focus on recycling and sustainability on the farm was noted and appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay.

Heerlik en asemrowend.

Dit was 'n heerlike wegbreekplek, ons sal enige tyd weer gaan. Dit is netjies, skoon en alles is daar wat 'n mens benodig! Enigste probleem wat dalk onder die instansie se aandag gebring moet word is die matrasse van die eerste slaapkamer en die laaste slaapkamer is redelik ongemaklik. Veral die eerste kamer s'n kan mens nie omdraai deur die nag nie, dan raas dit met die springs wat heeltyd rondbeweeg. Dan ook die toilet in die badkamer met die stort is ook foutief wat dalk herstel moet word.

Thank you so much for your review! We appreciate it so much. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay at the farm and found it relaxing and beautiful.
We are so sorry about the bed in bedroom 1 though.
My mother slept in it for a few days last week and commented on how comfortable it was and how well she slept.
We even changed the base from wood to solid probably a year ago to prevent the wooden frame from creaking (as they do) But we will see what we can do there and perhaps the mattress needs to be replaced.
Sorry too about the toilet, the little mechanism for the flusher came undone, it had been fixed now.
We do hope to see you again, perhaps in the summer when there is so much swimming and warm weather.
