I wish we had a different experience that matches the amazing location.

Perfect unit, very cozy and with the most magnificent view. However, the host that helped us was not friendly at all. The cleaning ladies were there for 20 minutes to wash the floor, and no clean towels were provided throughout our whole stay. I feel that for the amount we paid, one should at least receive a warm welcome and clean towels. That is, however, bare minimum.

Regrettably, the guest only stayed for 3 nights. We usually change towels on the fourth day of stay as I don't believe most self-catering places change towels daily. However, if the guest had asked for fresh towels, we could have assisted with this. The unit does have a tumble dryer and washing machine as well, which the guest could have used to wash the towels if they needed to. This guest stayed over a long weekend, during which there was a service on one day only due to public holidays. On this day, two staff members were placed in the unit for the service. Services include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and washing floors, and cleaning braais if they were used.

Puik blyplek.

Baie lekker gebly, ligging puik. Al wat 'n uitdaging was, is die parkering so ver van die woonstel en hellinge op gras tot daar. Moeilik met bagasie af en op laai. Veral vir ouer persone.

Very nice stay, great location. All that was a challenge is the parking so far from the apartment and slopes on grass to get there. Difficult with luggage loading and unloading. Especially for older people.

Home away away home with a sea view absolutely stunning.

Pity no full DStv and Wi-Fi.

Wonderfully managed and very comfortable. Only exception was the lack of DStv and Wi-Fi connection.
