Description
The Pepper Tree Cottage is a self-catering cottage that can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. Each bedroom contains 2 three-quarter beds, a ceiling fan, and a work desk, as well as a private bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The bedrooms have doors opening to a covered patio. The kitchen is small but well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, kettle, toaster, a microwave, and a breakfast bar with stools. Starter tea and coffee are provided. The cosy lounge contains seating and a fireplace. Wood is provided. The cottage has a patio on both sides. On one side there is a picnic table and a built-in braai facility. On the other side, there is outdoor seating. There is also a lovely private plunge pool with sun loungers, and a firepit with chairs to enjoy the evening stars. Free Wi-Fi is also available. This unit is pet-friendly. Housekeeping, laundry services, braai packs and meals are available on request.

We do allow dogs on request at no additional charge. Dogs must be well-behaved/trained and on a leash. No hunting dogs are allowed, unfortunately. No dogs on the furniture.
All guests are welcome to bring their own bikes to explore the game reserve.
Please advise of any special dietary requirements – we will do our utmost to cater to the requirements.
For the Lapa Cottages, rates are exclusive of bar purchases, mini-bar in rooms (supplied on request), gratuities, laundry service and charged activities.
Meals can be arranged on request.
Cot available on request.
Baby-sitting services can be arranged at an extra cost.
There is not restaurant on the farm and the swimming pool can only be used by guests that booked into the Lapa.
