Ons het 'n wonderlike naweek gehad. Van die romantiese turndown tot die etes. Ons was altyd welkom laat voel en almal help waar hulle kan. Die kos was uitstekend.

Skaflik.

Meestal. Dit was net teleurstellend dat niemand by die spa terugbel nadat ek 'n boodskap gelaat het nie! Hoe maak mens dan nou 'n afspraak? Ek het Vrydag gevra of die spa oop is Sondag, en het 'n bevestigende antwoord op e-pos gekry. Het daarna gebel, maar die spa het toe een minuut gelede toegemaak. Die hulpvaardige man het my teruggebel met 'n direkte telefoonnommer. Hierdie nommer lui net, en as mens 'n boodskap laat, bel niemand terug nie. Foei! Ek was ook teleurgesteld dat daar nie 'n klein yskassie in die kamer was nie, en mens glad nie by die musiek-kanaal op die TV kan uitkom nie.

Disappointing.

The shower was broken, bedside lamps not working, lampstand rickety and rooms and facilities old and outdated. I expected more for the money I paid.

It was a poor experience.

We arrived on the weekend of the 16th of Feb. The room was set up to perfection for a beautiful Valentine's weekend with my partner. However, as we settled in, we realised that there were a few off-putting things, such as the toilet that was practically fitted at a 45-degree angle, making it very uncomfortable to use. The air conditioning settings could not be changed and it needed to be regassed, so our hotel suite was extremely hot as a result of this. On the Saturday evening, we wanted to have some drinks by the pool, so we asked for a bucket of ice, only to be told that they don't have ice. We also wanted to buy a 2-liter/1-liter cold drink, only to be told that we can't, as they don't have it. We wanted fresh towels as the towels in the room had marks and stains, but they couldn't help us with that. All in all, it wasn't a very pleasant experience, so we decided to drive 10 km to buy snacks, cold drinks, ice, and food, as their restaurant's menu is quite pricey and very limited.

Very enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay and the kids had the time of their lives. Swimming pool signs visible and that was easy for us.

In 1 woord als opsom. Perfek.

Hulle het over and above gegaan om ons te help om ons kuier te geniet. Gaan beslis weer terug.

Goeie waarde vir geld.

Ons kamer was netjies en skoon. Omgewing is baie mooi. Heerlike ontbyt en aandete by die restaurant geëet. Die trouvenues is natuurlik ook baie mooi.

Superb and pure bliss.

The service received from Sibusiso and Andre' was superb. Thank you for assisting me with my car trouble I had. . Thank you. We would be stranded without you.

Ons het daar oornag vir 'n troue.

Ons kon eers na 21:00 inboek en hulle was baie akkommoderend. Die kamers is baie mooi en die omgewing asemrowend.

Lodge benodig opgradering.

Lodge se tuine en damme kort baie aandag. Kamers kort ook aandag en aircons werk nie. Die ontvangspersoneel was ook nie baie behulpsaam nie. Kamers was nie gereed na 14:00 nie.

Pragtige en veilige verblyf. Heerlik.

Heerlike, skoon verblyf. Pragtige staproete. Sal beslis weer gebruik maak van Glenburn Lodge & Spa.

Wedding celebration stay.

It was easy to find. Directions are clearly marked. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast crockery and cutlery were not clean enough. Cutlery could be cleaner and cups more esp. Soaking them in bleach will do wonders.

Ons het net oorgeslaap vir die aand. Was skoon en gerieflik.

Voorstel: Aandete kan dalk bietjie vroeër bedien word. Maar andersins was dit ongelooflik lekker.

Netjies , skoon en ruim.

Vriendelike ontvangs en baie behulpsaam.

Ons sal beslis die plek aanbeveel, ontbyt was super lekker. Die kamers is netjies (bietjie oud) maar glad nie vuil nie. Ons aanvraag was verkeerd maar die mense by die hotel het dit dadelik reggestel sonder probleme. Dis beslis 'n plek wat ek sal aanraai as jy lus is vir 'n "Girls weekend" in die somer.

Baie gemklik en mooi, definitief waarde vir geld met 'n baie lekker ontbyt elke oggend.

Gerieflik met 'n baie mooi tuin en mooi riviere, asook kort staproetes.

We checked out early.

This time of the year my wife and I looked forward to using the facilities as advertised online. Jacuzzi was dirty and empty and seemed it was not used in a while. The weather was. not too good and we then opted to use the indoor pool facilities which was not allowed. The spa facilities are ridiculously pricey for basic treatments. We paid much less at a 5 star hotel and spa. The food was bland and the service was not very good. These are the reasons we checked out 1 day earlier. When asked by reception the reason for early checkout. His response was "oh ok" and then proceeded to charge me for a meal we ordered the night before. As company policy dictates absolutely no refunds for any reason. No apology for us being unsatisfied. This place should be a 2 star. As luck would have it we forgot to pack our shower gel and in 3 days the complimentary shower gel was not refilled. The rooms aircon was not working due to no batteries in the remote. We made our way to the nearest shop in the area to get shower gel and batteries for the aircon remote. No complimentary waters in the room. I will not suggest visiting this location.

Baie duur 3-sterverblyf.

Adverteer klein yskas, met groot verassing geen yskas. Nie eens haardroër. Aircon oud en lawaai vreeslik en nie baie effektief. Grouting om bad vuil en disgusting. Waterbeskadigde kabinet in badkamer. Die is kwalik 3 ster.

We had a really pleasant stay at Glenburn Lodge & Spa. The venue is really beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and were also very well trained. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Baie mooi.

Baie mooi en netjiese plek. Hotelkamer het net 'n stort in gehad en was oor die algemeen average. Vir die prys moet ontbyt ingesluit wees dan sal dit die moeite werd wees.

Ons het 'n vinnige romantiese wegbreek gevat en was aangenaam verras deur die pragtige uitsig sommer om die draai van die huis af. Vriendelike professionele personeel, luukse verblyf en al die etes was heerlik, smaakvol met 'n groot verskeidenheid! Victor, een van die pastry chef's, se nageregte was uit die boonste rakke. Ons sal definitief weer gaan.
