Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking permitted inside the property.
No noise or loud music after 23:00.
Misbehaviour and unacceptable conduct will not be tolerated and will incur a fine, which will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
No items may be removed from the house for any reason whatsoever.
Any breach of this booking agreement may result in cancellation of the booking, whereafter guests will be asked to leave the property immediately and will forfeit the breakage deposit.
