Unpleasant.

Wasn't what I expected. Drainage issues. Broken bathroom door. The bathroom isn't the best. They need to upload pictures of that.

Disappointed that there is no Wi-Fi.

Was an enjoyable stay. Just disappointed that no Wi-Fi. The toilet paper was also only 1 ply. Amy was extremely helpful and kept us up to date on happenings.

Very conveniently located for overnight stays just off the N2.

Baie gemaklike eenheid op rustige terrein, maar...

Die R102-pad wat toegang verleen is in 'n baie slegte toestand! Daar is slegs 2 van alle breekware, waarvan baie nie eenvormig is nie. Die een vurk was verbuig en verweer, en daar is klein koppies, maar geen goeie bekers (mugs) nie.

Stayed in apartment. Spacious clean comfortable with all amenities. Large bed and shower. Pleasant view over a small valley. Bring your own load shedding devices.

Die foto's op die webblad wys die trou-lokaal en landelike omgewing. Die verblyfeenhede is krotte wat lyk of dit in die laaste 20 jaar geen onderhoud gekry het nie. Die beurtkrag was seker onvermydelik, maar die eienaars neem nie in ag dat daar met beurtkrag nie net geen krag is nie, maar ook geen water vir was/stort en toilette spoel nie! Dit was 'n gemors.

Fantastic peaceful stay.

We stayed with our 3 young children and my mother and loved the place. Our favourite was walking through the garden at a peaceful relaxed pace and enjoying the soft green grass. Crisp morning sunrises and lovely evening was just what we needed! We initially only booked 1 night but ended up staying another night. We will definitely be back!

Loved it.

We live in Gauteng and with Covid we haven't been traveling or going on holiday much. This was a most needed break we as a family needed. We arrived on the Thursday and was greeted by the most kindest lady ever, Amy. Amy was kind and respectful and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much the peace and quiet, going to sleep at night with just the sound of nature. The animals was the best for us. The helpful and kind staff that greeted us with smiles. We thank you for making our stay so comfortable and easy we loved it, it was our home away from home we will most definitely come and visit again. The unit was clean, neat and tidy. My daughters loved the pool, running around the well maintained gardens.

Alhoewel die eenheid waarin ons was skoon en gerieflik vir 'n nag se oorslaap was, het dit dringende "TLC" nodig.

We enjoyed our stay at Gonubie Manor.

Our stay at Gonubie Manor was pleasant. I would definitely stay there again. The suite we had was perfect for my wife and I.

The Gonubie Manor offers a great atmosphere for relaxation in serene surroundings. Great value for money.

Good for sleepover.

The A-frame cottages have a kettle, fridge and microwave with basic crockery and cutlery, but no kitchen. There is not even an area to wash up your dishes on site. It suited us, as all we needed was sleepover accommodation. We were able to make tea/coffee and cereals for breakfast. We had lunch and supper with out family living in East London. The big gardens are lovely, very green and neat. Our 9 year old daughter enjoyed the swimming pool most of all. The negative was the shower, which has a cement floor and wooden walls. It wasn't great and also didn't stay hot for long.

I highly recommend it to anyone. Awesome service and accommodation for low prices. Great place with very friendly staff. Great venue for weddings as well after witnessing one during our stay.

Disappointed with too many things and we were in the management office nearly on daily basis about complaints.

Very disappointed that we were not informed during the booking about the weddings that happen on daily basis and that happened about 10 m from my front door. This as well as the loudness was quite a frustration and a disappointment. Furthermore, we also did not receive fresh daily towels and had to bring this under the attention of management. The garbage was not taken out twice and no toilet paper was provided. On arrival where there were not enough pillows and cases. The braaier provided was full of holes and not even once cleaned by the staff.
