When the booking is confirmed we will need a copy of the guest's ID and an online information and disclaimer form needs to be completed.
No viewing of the unit is prior to booking permitted.
Please note that this guest house applies a curfew. All guests must be back by 23:30 at night. Doors are closed after 23:30. Exceptions can be made to this rule. Please chat with management.
Rude guests will not be tolerated.
The accommodation is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for the elderly or guests with disabilities.
Bedding, towels and beach towels are provided.
No visitors are allowed.
No pets are allowed.
Guests are requested to respect and maintain the neatness of the unit.
Smoking is prohibited inside the unit. Guests can use the patio outside.
Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks as long as it is used within boundaries. No form of violence, drug, or alcohol misuse will be tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund of fees. No loud music is allowed; all music must be turned off by 9:00 p.m.
The swimming pool is available at own risk for guests' use as well as the general outside patios with lovely views of the mountains. There are no braai facilities here. We are 1.5 km away from various restaurants and takeaways.
There are no washing-up facilities in the unit. All dirty dishes should be placed in the "Dirty Dishes" basket, which should be placed in front of the unit's glass door. We will wash the dirty dishes and return them on the same day.
Please let us know if you need an iron and an ironing board. We will place the items in front of the unit's glass door for your use.
This unit has a second room with a double bed available, at an extra cost per night for guests who would like to sleep separately, e.g. colleagues or family members. Feel free to message us to discuss this option so we can prepare a custom quote before arrival.
