Poor service, not answering phone or door bells.

No one answered a phone or cellphone or WhatsApp or the gate intercom (home or guesthouse) at 12:14 I wanted to find out if it would be possible to book in 2 hours earlier if possible. It was not communicated that you were there for the hospital as we try and accommodate hospital clients on the ground floor to avoid using the stairs.
There are telephones in all the rooms to communicate directly with the manager should a guest require additional assistance and we would have happily assisted if we were made aware of any problem.
As a gesture of goodwill, we will upgrade you to a Premier room for the same price as an Executive room on your next visit.
Premier rooms are larger, have a separate bathroom with bath and shower and also feature air-conditioning.
