Description
Greenhill Farm is set on 17 hectares of rolling green hills and natural forest located 14 km from Plettenberg Bay and boasts beautiful views of the ocean and Robberg Peninsula. This is an ideal spot for a peaceful and memorable holiday with the family or a group of friends as it is surrounded by private plantations and indigenous forests.
The Manor House can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The spacious main suite is furnished with a king-size bed, a fireplace as well as a lounging area. A shower, bath, double vanity and toilet are available in the main en-suite bathroom. There is another bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The third and fourth bedrooms each contain 2 single beds and make use of the third bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. All linen and towels are provided.
The expansive living area features a separate kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a central dining table. Guests can relax in the cosy TV room that has a fireplace, comfy seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. A formal lounge area, as well as a formal dining room, are available with ample seating. For those wanting to get some work done, free Wi-Fi and office space are available.
Additionally, this home has an indoor bar area with another fireplace and a pool table. Outside the home, there is a spacious patio with an outdoor dining table, a swimming pool and sun loungers which is an ideal spot to catch some sun with a sundowner.
The Parklands cottage is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has garden views. It is furnished with twin beds and has an en-suite walk-in shower. Parklands Cottage has a large lounge with a fireplace, overlooking the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, blender, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The Cape Dutch Cottage is furnished with a king-size and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, and oven, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. There is a TV with selected DStv channels in the lounge area with comfortable seating. The living room opens out onto the private garden with a view of the beautiful main garden.
Guests have access to a full DStv bouquet with Chrome cast so you can link to your subscribed channels. Parklands Cottage offers free Wi-Fi. The outside patio with built-in braai is a great entertainment area with sea and nature views. The property offers a private entrance and parking.
