Description
This semi-detached double-storey house has a sleeping capacity of 10 guests in total and comprises 5 tastefully furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room area. The first and second bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed and the fifth bedroom has a double bed. There are 2 full bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. All linen and 1 set of towels are provided. The main living area boasts panoramic ocean views and features a lovely kitchen fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It has a centrally located island with chairs and offers a dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience, in a separate scullery. The dining area consists of an 8-seater dining table with chairs, with a pizza oven at the back. The kitchen leads to the living area, furnished with comfortable couches, a TV, and a cosy fireplace for the winter evenings. In addition, there’s a pool table for guests’ entertainment and a lovely indoor braai area. The lounge area, connected through a door, is the ideal space for children. It is furnished with comfy seating space, a TV, and a braai area, and has a kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, gas stove, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
