Guests are welcome to use the communal outdoor kitchen. The main kitchen is for staff only. Guests are welcome to use the dining area.

Guests are required to keep the areas that they use clean and tidy for other guests' use. Bedrooms are serviced after 4 days and is to be arranged with reception.

An iron and ironing board is available in the communal kitchen. Guests make take this to their rooms, however, they are required to return it. Clothes may not be hung over the windows.

Guests are required to provide all their own groceries.

Children are to be supervised at the swimming pool at all times. Guests are required to provide their own towels. Guests are not allowed to use glass tableware, which includes glasses and bottles, around the pool area. Blankets and towels in the rooms are not allowed at the swimming pool and fireplaces.

If there are any breakages or damages, please inform the hosts.

Guests are not allowed to throw cigarette butts or bottle caps onto the lawn. Ashtrays are provided. The smoking of hookah pipe and marijuana are not allowed anywhere on the premises.

Music and noise is not allowed after 22:00.

Late arrivals can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.

Day visitors are not allowed.

Cars are only allowed to be parked in the designated parking area.
