Description
Centrally located in Springs, East Rand, Hampton Selfcatering is a lovely holiday home situated in the quiet suburb of Selcourt Enclosure. It is ideally close to shopping centres, popular restaurants and only 40 minutes away from O.R. Tambo International Airport.
This double-storey property can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms which are all upstairs, 2 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The spacious main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 three-quarter beds and share the second bathroom fitted with a bath. Quality linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy leather couches and a TV with Netflix. For those wanting to get some work done, a study and free Wi-Fi are available.
Outside, there is a lovely swimming pool area with a covered patio which has seating as well as a built-in braai. This is an ideal spot for guests to fully relax and take a dip in the pool on those hot summer days. Guests are afforded secure parking inside the garage as well as in front of it. During load shedding, the house has a backup system that will keep most of the lights, TV, Wi-Fi and garage doors working.
