Puik ligging en goeie waarde vir geld.

Ek was baie tevrede met alles omtrent die verblyf en sal beslis weer daar gaan bly. Die enigste negatiewe aspek is dat dit die Saterdagnag tot in die vroeë oggendure taamlik lawaaierig was, sowel in die blok as in die straat voor die blok woonstelle. Die verblyf is nie verbruikersvriendelik nie

Daar word nêrens in die advertensie of enige dokumentasie vooraf melding gemaak van die verskriklike styl trappe wat in die eenheid is nie. Ek persoonlik sukkel met my knie en was dit moeilik om met die trappe op en af te klim. Dit is baie styl asook ver uitmekaar. As ek met 'n rolstoel daar aangekom het wil ek graag weet wat sou julle gedoen het. Self die parkering vir no. 14 is onder in die basement wat net so styl is om af of op te gaan. Ek is baie ontevrede hieroor want as ek vooraf geweet het sou ek 'n ander blyplek gekry het. Dan ook net 'n dakwaaier - Kaapstad word so warm die waaier help niks. So ek het nie lekker gebly nie.

Problematies.

Die verblyf was skoon en netjies maar net 'n paar plekkies in die woonstel wat aandag kort, was voldoende vir die 7 dae sakeverblyf. Ek het wel 'n probleem ondervind met die WiFi. Die Sondagaand en Maandagoggend het dit goed gewerk maar was van lyn af die res van die week. Het eers weer Vrydagoggend aangegaan. Ek was heeltyd in kontak met die maatskappy wat die verhuring doen om die probleem op te los - maar dit het steeds in my opinie heeltemal te lank gevat om die eienaar op te spoor om saak te help oplos.

Baie dankie vir die terugvoering. Ons vra weereens grootliks om verskoning oor die WiFi. Dit maak dit baie moeilik vir ons om eienaars in die hande te kry as hulle oorsee reis, maar dit is nie 'n verskoning nie. Ons het in kontak met die eienaar gekom en so ook met hom gesels oor die probleem dat ons hom nie in die hande kan kry nie. Ons strewe om altyd te verbeter en het nou 'n kontak nommer waar ons hom enige tyd in die hande kan kry.

Holiday accommodation that does not suit you.

The hosting company is in no way in the business of customer service. Had to wait over an hour to be able to check in. Check-in process was longer than half an hour. The hostess was busy on her cell all the time and paid the minimum attention to my need. Ligging van Harbour Terrace uitstekend, vir persone wat nie Kaapstad ken nie.

Harbour Terrace. Die area is veilig om rond te loop. Loopafstand van Waterfront, wat wonderlik was. Goeie oefening opgedoen met die steil opdraand in Boundary-weg na kompleks. Safe area to walk around. Walking distance from Waterfront. Got great exercise on the steep uphill in Boundary Way on the way to the complex.
