That is a bit disappointing as when the problem occurred, immediately a new microwave was brought in. All the dishes were washed everyday for you and the lights were fixed on the same day. This is something completely out of our control.

Pragtig, maar was teleurgesteld oor Havanah Club oorkant die straat wat harde musiek speel.

Pragtige woonstel met uitstekende fasiliteite, maar die feit dat daar 'n restaurant reg onder die balkon is, is nie sigbaar op jul foto's nie. Hul maak vroeg toe, maar jy kan bv. nie met pajamas staan op die balkon nie, want jy is sigbaar vir die mense wat daar sit by die tafeltjie. Grootste probleem is egter die harde musiek van die club oorkant die straat. Ligging is fantasties vir rondloop in die winkeltjies.

Beautiful apartment with excellent facilities, but the fact that there is a restaurant below the balcony is not visible in your photos. They close early, but you can not e.g. stand on the balcony with pajamas, because you are visible to the people sitting at the table. The biggest problem, however, is the loud music of the club across the street. Location is great for walking around the shops.

Would have loved to relocate you to another entrapment at the Majestic, however, the apartment you chose is located directly at the main road with uninterrupted sea- view and not only the guests from the restaurant below but also the people from the main road can see into the balcony.
The balcony has a glass sliding door that can be closed with double glassing and so far we had no complains about noise.
This is probably one of the most beautiful apartments in Kalk Bay, in a secure complex.

Thank you very much for your feedback and next time we will make sure, we will allocate you to a two-bedroom apartment with no noise disturbances.
