After 10 pm, there will be silence both inside and outside.
This is a quiet complex so there are neighbors to be considered.
The home is serviced daily except for weekends, public holidays, cultural days, and between Christmas and New Year.
Smoking is allowed outside only.
Pets are allowed on the property, however, arrangements must be made with the establishment in advance as there is no garden.
Please do not feed the monkeys.
Please treat the green belt with respect no litter to be thrown into the bush.
