Only charcoal or briquettes in the Weber braai. No wood fires are allowed on the balconies. Please clean the grid with the steel brush while it is still warm. This will make it much easier for you to wash.
There is only 1 numbered parking bay per unit. Extra vehicles to park in visitors' bays.
Please note that there is a small informal settlement next to the complex.
