Dear Mariza
I am very sorry you were not happy with your stay at our House. Please note that you booked in on Christmas Day for 2 nights only. We actually have a minimum stay of 3 nights during high season. We made an exception to welcome you here for one night less, however rates are higher than the rest of the year, and we are average in Langebaan.
From a security point: We are one of the few Guesthouses in Langebaan who offer inside CCTV parking.
You were very welcome to use our comfy TV lounge with our super big flat screen TV, most enjoyed by many of our guest.
However, when there is so much beauty around you, specially with us located only a few meters from the kite- and windsurfing beach. Who needs a TV? :)
Maybe we would have been able to convince you more, if you wouldn`t have cancelled your second night.
