Great cottage in an idyllic setting.

Although we only stayed in Agapanthus Cottage for one night we left feeling refreshed, as if we had stayed a few days. The cottage was comfortable and well-equipped, but the highlight for us was definitely the stunning, well-maintained grounds around the cottages as well as the amazing vistas. Beautiful view from the lounge/open kitchen where you could find cattle eating. What a sight to see. Best bed ever. Lol. Enjoyed some bubbly in front of the fireplace. Stunning and a lovely getaway.

The property was really nice, just that it hadn't been cleaned very well from the people who stayed there before us. We loved this place the most! Breathtaking views of the valley, relaxed and peaceful environment, very clean and tidy cottages with everything you could need, ours had a lovely big Oak tree on the front porch, cosy fireplace inside, cows grazing on the grass in front of our cottage much to the amusement of the kids and close enough to Hermanus if you need to do some shopping. Everything was perfect! If you're looking for peace and quiet and lots of rest in a picturesque environment, this is certainly the place to go!

Comfortable, spotless, fantastic furnishings, unparalleled views, lovely pool, nguni cattle, dogs, staff and the 3 chickens! We will recommend High Season and visit again when possible. Everything was wonderful, except for the TV that we couldn't get to work - probably no fault of High Season though, since we seldom watch TV ourselves and couldn't work the remotes.
