Description
Higher Ground is a modern, yet vintage home situated in Sedgefield, Western Cape. This stunning self-catering home can accommodate 8 guests, making it perfect for a group of friends or a large family.
The first and second bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower, and a toilet. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower, a toilet, and a basin. There are 2 guest toilets available.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. There is a separate scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, and pantry. The spacious open-plan living area features a dining table, comfortable couches, a cosy fireplace, and a TV. There is an entertainment area with a bar, an indoor braai, and a pool table.
The house features a balcony with a splash pool, a grill, a wood-fired hot tub, and a sauna. Free Wi-Fi and secure parking behind an electric gate are available on the premises.
There is an bachelor flat on the ground floor comprising an open plan kitchenette/ bedroom with double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. This can be booked at an additional charge of R 300 pp for guests over the capacity of 8 in the house. Pleas note that this is a self contained flat with own entrance (although connected to the house) and access will be granted if extra person surcharge is paid. The flat is only rented in conjunction with the main house and so will be yours for your stay.
