Self-catering
A bag of charcoal and firelighters are provided for your first-night braai/barbecue in a Webber.
Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Coffee, tea, sugar, milk and a bag of ice are supplied. For your braai, charcoal and fire lighters are supplied.
No smoking in the cottage.
Guests need to bring their own beach towels, Hoboken bathroom towels are not to be used on the beach. There is an outside shower to wash off beach sand, before entering into the cottage.
Don't flush any foreign objects down the toilet as the property uses a septic tank.
Candles are not allowed as this is a Timber Frame House.
No parties or social events will be allowed.
No friend sleepovers, additional costs per person per night will be charged.
The solar system only provides power to the lights in the bedroom and the living room and to the TV and Wi-Fi. No other electrical appliances must be plugged into the shaved plugs during load shedding.
Please note that the neighbors are currently busy with renovation work and that there may sometimes be noise.
Check-in time is at 14:00, but the owner will let guests know if they can check in earlier.
Check-out time is strictly at 10:00.
