Hoopoe Cottage is tucked away on a working Macadamia nut farm in Drummond, KwaZulu-Natal, just off the Old Main Road on the Dusi and Amashova Route. It’s conveniently close to local shops but still affords a tranquil place where guests can unwind.
This cottage sleeps 2 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The kitchen is equipped with a bar fridge, a 2-plate gas stove, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s a dining table with chairs where guests can enjoy their meals together and a comfortable couch in the living area which also has a flat-screen TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is also available.
The sliding doors open to the small patio which has outdoor seating and gas braai facilities. Allowing guests to enjoy the green landscape in the distance. Secure parking is available in front of the cottage.
