The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 washbasins. There are also 3 separate showers available. Each bedroom has a TV and a wardrobe. The shared kitchen has a fridge-freezer, two plate stove and oven combination, a microwave, pots, plates and eating utensils. The unit also has a heavy-duty washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, fridge-freezer, a separate freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a home theatre system flat-screen and box TV. The house also has a swimming pool and braai facilities.
