House Rules
The house rules are strictly enforced to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay and to maintain good relations with the neighbours.
Strictly no noise or loud music is allowed.
At no time may there be more people on the premises other than stipulated in your booking. If you need to change your guest numbers, do so before you arrive. Unoccupied rooms will be locked.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the home.
Items may not be removed from the home.
If you have not settled your remaining balance at least 2 days before your arrival, then the balance is due on arrival with cash only.
Bath and beach towels are not provided.
Linen is provided.
The host supplies dishwashing liquid, 2 dishwasher tabs, two dish towels, 2 black bags and 1 toilet roll per toilet.
No beverages are supplied, please bring your own coffee, tea, sugar and milk.
Please bring your own portable hinged grid.
Firewood is not supplied.
