Description
Hunt Manor is a beautiful self-catering holiday home located in a secure and quiet residential estate in Witsand and boasts uninterrupted views of the Breede River mouth and across to Infanta throughout many areas of the house, making this an ideal spot for a memorable holiday with family and friends.
This air-conditioned property, with its modern features, can accommodate up to 6 adults and 3 children. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms situated upstairs as well as a laundry room. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom also fitted with a bath and a shower. The third bedroom also contains a double bed as well as an en-suite shower. All bedrooms are river-facing and two access a shared balcony. There are another 3 guest bathrooms, one of which is also fitted with a shower. All quality linen and bath towels are provided.
The living area occupies the ground level and features an open-plan design with a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, wine cooler, ice machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen is a 10-seater dining table and a lounge area with comfy seating and a TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Additionally, there is an indoor braai area.
The stairs in the living area lead down to a games room that includes a kitchenette with a wine cooler as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. This area also has a pool table and 2 double sleeper couches suitable for children. The sliding doors open up to a private front garden and firepit area. The accommodation offers solar-power facilities.
The location of this home is a mere 5-minute walk from a local pub and restaurant at Breede River Lodge.
