House Rules
Smoking is prohibited in the unit, but guests can smoke on the veranda.
No dogs, cats, or any other pets are allowed.
Feeding monkeys, birds, and other wild animals is strictly prohibited.
Please put all trash inside the bin outside by the back door and make sure the bin lid is firmly closed. The trash is cleaned daily in the mornings.
Each vehicle must display an access disc in the front window, which is obtained during the first entry at security. If there is more than one vehicle to enter, we need both vehicles' make, model, and registration numbers to arrange access disks for both vehicles.
Vehicles may only park under the allocated cover (KS26). If there is more than one vehicle, please park the other vehicle in an open parking space.
There is no parking on the grass.
The speed limit is 10 km/h.
Cyclists must stay on the pavement, and please do not ride recklessly.
Vehicles, including motorcycles and bicycles, are subject to the same road rules and regulations that apply on public roads.
Quad bikes are not permitted.
The use of the swimming pool, squash court, play park, walking paths, and other recreational facilities is at your own risk.
Specific rules of use at the squash court apply and must be respected.
Use paved surfaces for movement, and consider all other surfaces, especially in wet weather, extremely dangerous.
Please use the clothesline to hang laundry.
Music and TV sound must not disturb the other guests, and after 22:00 in the evening, the sound must be limited to the residential unit.
Hobbies and other activities that take place on common land may not disturb other people in the resort.
No business or other occupation may be practiced on common land.
