Description

Beach Haven is a stunning colonial-style holiday home located in Ramsgate. This tastefully furnished villa offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. With direct beach access through a beach gate and a short pathway to the beach, the villa is perfectly situated for beach lovers.

Upstairs, guests will find 3 spacious bedrooms. The first and third en-suite bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and 2 single beds, while the middle bedroom offers 2 single beds. The first en-suite bathroom features a bath, shower, toilet, and basin, while the second en-suite has a shower, toilet, and basin. These modern and spacious bathrooms are also equipped with built-in cupboards. An additional bathroom is available with a shower, basin, and toilet. All necessary linen and bath towels are provided, so guests only need to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped for self-catering, complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer in the scullery. A bar area adds to the convenience and functionality of the space. The lounge area extends to a large patio with comfortable outdoor furniture and a built-in braai. The house is fitted with unlimited Wi Fi (fibre) for your entertainment and boasts a UPS system so that there is uninterrupted usage during loadshedding.

Beach Haven's location provides easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping facilities while still offering a tranquil environment to appreciate the surrounding nature. Keep an eye out for the family of small blue duikers, the smallest antelope in Africa, known as "Ipiti," that occasionally roam the garden.
