Verblyf en badkamer 5 ster. Kos probleem.

Nie 'n self-catering nie. Slegs yskas en mikrogolfoond. Geen gasstoof of bakke en potte nie. Slegs 2 van die volgende: borde, glase, messe, vurke, teelepels en bekers. Jy moet dus George of Knysna toe ry om kos te kry wat jy net in die mikrogolf kan opwarm. Self-catering is dit beslis nie.

This is just completely incorrect.
1. It states on the booking platform and on your booking that we are a "heat and eat" facility. Quote - Island Flip Flops is a charming studio nestled on the Island of Sedgefield, offering guests comfortable accommodations with heat-and-eat facilities.- unquote.
2. Sedgefield has a Spar and PnP 1.4 km from our holiday accommodation. And Sedgefield has numerous wonderful restaurants. Stating that you had to drive to George or Knysna is incorrect.
To summarize I find your review completely incorrect and malicious, not just to the accommodation, but to Sedgefield as a whole. When you were here to your own admission you did not read the information booklet provided in your room.

Was very very nice.

It was very nice! My husband and I went to stay away for our anniversary and it was very nice. They made it very personal for us. The place was very clean and neat, the hostess was absolutely amazing for us. We had privacy and anything we need we were able to ask them about it. They gave us access to all of the outside amenities such as pool and braai. Really appreciated that. Overall, it was a good trip and a good stay. However, I would personally suggest bringing a TV stick. They have very limited channels on TV for winding down time.

Nice breakaway from our everyday busy lives.

Warm welcome received upon arrival. Peaceful environment. Hosts were super friendly, even the fur babies. Unit was modern and very neat.

Clean, comfortable and secure.

Good place for an overnight stopover. Hosts friendly and informative. Advised us on a great restaurant. Would stay again, no problems.
