Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
- J Bay Junction can accommodate 8 adults and 4 children.
- A starter pack of toilet paper, braai wood, as well as black bags are provided.
- A friendly live-in butler is available twice a week for household chores, and extra housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost directly with him.
- Guests please need to bring their own beach towels.
- The balance please needs to be paid 30 days before arrival.
- The unit makes use of pre-paid electricity and an R150 is provided; guests need to top-up themselves.
- Please note, guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.
- The number of people occupying the house must not exceed the amount that the house can sleep, and day guests are not allowed, especially at weekends, unless the booking is for more than 7 days.
- Baboons live in the area and guests are asked to please not leave windows and doors open, whether the property is occupied or not; any damages will be charged to the guest.
- Pets are not allowed, except if in prior agreement with the owner.
- Excessive noise and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and strict penalties apply.
- Sections of the accommodation are accessed via an open staircase, that is unfortunately not suitable for toddlers, and may not be suitable for the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
- The accommodation is accessed by a gravel road, and guests are required to enquire about the condition of the road, before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
