Description

Each stand is large and has its own private ablution facilities and a sink for shared dishes. All pitches are equipped with a 15A power point and braai area. The lapa and pool facilities as well as Boma are shared with other campers. The surrounding area is home to more than 100 identified bird species and on the farm there is plenty of wildlife to view.

To ensure that all guests enjoy their stay, the following rules and regulations apply. Please read it carefully and know that all rules are to be adhered to at all times.

1. A small pet is allowed as long as arrangements are made beforehand. The pet needs to be leashed at all times as it is an open area frequented by the game. The pet may not be allowed on the beds and/or furniture and needs his/her own pet bed.
2. No smoking in the unit. Please use the ashtrays provided outside. No cigarette butts should be thrown into the veld.
3. Right of admission reserved and the use of facilities are subject to guests' adherence to the rules. Any guest that disobeys the rules, behaves inappropriately or ignores any notice board on the farm will be asked to leave.
4. Access to and use of any facilities in or on the premises are at their own risk and the guest indemnified the owner and any staff member against any damage, loss or injury of whatever nature that any guest may suffer.
5. The owner reserves the right to ask any guest to leave who deliberately damages property, trees or plants.
6. The splash pool and swimming pool is not fenced and guests use it at their own risk. Children need to be accompanied by a responsible adult for supervision at all times.
7. No alcohol, glass or food is allowed in the splash pool or the swimming pool. No vehicles are allowed on the grass surrounding the swimming pool.
8. No motorbikes, quad bikes, electric scooters, drones or fireworks are allowed.
9. No noise and no music is allowed after 22:00. Guests' music and voices are only to be audible within their own unit and should not disturb other guests.
10. Guests need to drive carefully and not exceed the speed limit of 20 km per hour. Private vehicles are not allowed at the main house on the farm.
11. Fires are only allowed in the designated braai area.
12. Only day visitors for whom arrangements have been made are allowed. Day visitors are treated as an additional booking and a daily fee per person and per additional vehicle, as indicated in the fees list will be charged. Arrangements and payment for day visitors need to be made ahead of time with the owner.
13. Wild animals are not to be fed under any circumstances.
14. Upon departure, guests need to switch off all the lights as well as the air conditioner, lock the unit and leave the keys in the door.

Die staanplek is groot en het sy eie privaat ablusiegeriewe en 'n wasbak vir gedeelde skottelgoed. Daar is 'n 15A-kragpunt by elke staanplek en 'n braai-area. Die lapa en swembadgeriewe, sowel as die bome word gedeel met ander kampeerders. Die omliggende area is 'n tuiste vir meer as 100 geïdentifiseerde voëlspesies en die plaas het verskeie wild om te kyk.

The house sleeps 4 guests and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open-plan kitchen and living area. Both bedrooms have a double bed. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The bathroom has a bath, a shower, a toilet and a sink. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities are provided. The dining area has seating for 6 guests and the lounge area has comfortable couches. There is a cooling system in the large living area.
