Description
Kalahari Guesthouse & Farmstall is located a mere 50 km from Upington in the heart of the Kalahari.
Accommodation is provided 3 individually decorated guest rooms, a Bush Camp, and camping sites.
The guest rooms share a communal living area and kitchen. The living area comprises a TV with full DStv channels and the kitchen is well-equipped. The rooms are located in a house that is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with a swimming pool and a lapa area with a braai.
The bush camp known as the Uitsig is equipped with a private bathroom, comfortable beds and a cooking area with utensils.
The campsite is situated along the dam and is completely private and secure. There are ablution facilities and a communal lapa with braai facilities.
The dam on the farm has a large variety of bird species and ideal for bird lovers. There is also a hiking trail along the dam with bird watching points and a canoe. The Farmstall offers a variety of things including homemade biltong, dry sausages, preserves, Kalahari lamb and gifts for young and old.
