A nice place that needs more customer attention.

Due to lack of professionalism and poor management, the company was not aware that we were coming and they didn't reserve a room for us.

Very nice stay, except for a few complaints.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The room is very nice and comfortable. However, the aircon didn't work, and the first 2 days there were extremely hot. Luckily then it started to rain. The Openview also didn't work. The host tried to fix it but it was worse then. I wanted to watch the first cricket test. I fully realise that it was the Christmas long weekend, I am sure it will be fixed for the next guests. The room was regularly cleaned, but the toilet paper ran out completely on the last day. It was not replenished regularly enough. I did feel safe there, except one day I came back from visiting and found the door to my room standing wide open, with my stuff inside. The room is not sufficiently furnished, in my humble opinion. It needs more hooks to hang things on, especially in the bathroom. I also suggest some hooks on the side of the closet next to the mirror. It is also not suitable for a longer stay. I was there for 5 days. One really can't eat out 3 times a day, so I brought some food. The fridge was fine for that. There is absolutely nothing to deal with food in the room, so I brought my own cutlery and crockery. Then I had to borrow a small table from friends to put it on. Perhaps other guests don't mind this aspect. On the whole, I enjoyed my stay, everyone was very friendly and the room is spacious, with a nice view of the garden.

Goeie verblyf vir Graskop, rustig en skoon.

Dit is lekker verblyf naby die meeste besienswaardighede in die area. Dit word elke dag skoongemaak, wat lekker is, en daar is 'n swembad en braaigeriewe. Daar is wel nie DSTV of Netflix nie, maar wel Openview.

The place was beautiful and peaceful.

It's also a central location for the Panorama Route attractions. Graskop was a wonderful experience. There are many restaurants around and a shopping centre.

The place is amazing.

Best, beautiful and we did enjoy stay there is a beautiful place.
