The Apartment is a townhouse that is located nearby the main buildings of the reserve, and can accommodate 6 guests. The townhouse comprises 2 levels and consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and access to the third bathroom with a shower. There is also a guest toilet. Upstairs, you will find the kitchen and open-plan living area. The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a gas stove, and a selection of crockery and utensils. The open-plan living area leads out onto a large deck, which boasts patio furniture and a kettle braai facility.

The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven with a stove, and a dishwasher. The open-plan living area offers a dining table with seating and sofas to relax on. The living area leads out onto a covered verandah, which offers patio furniture and a gas braai facility.

The Periwinkel double-storey house can accommodate up to 10 persons and is situated on the banks of the shoreline of the reserve. This holiday home comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor; 2 of the bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, and the third room has 1 single bed; the fourth bedroom is a loft that is equipped with 5 single beds. Upstairs, there is 1 bathroom with a shower and a basin, and a separate guest toilet. The second bathroom is downstairs and has a shower. The open-plan kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a chest freezer, a microwave, a gas stove, and a selection of crockery and utensils. The adjacent living area offers a large wood-burning fireplace where a potjie pot can be used. The living area leads out to a covered verandah, which offers an outdoor table with seating overlooking the boma braai area and the ocean.

Khoenhoen Beach Lodge is a beach lodge composed of 4 structured tents interconnected with raised timber walkways, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. This tented beach lodge comprises 3 tented bedroom suites and 1 main tented kitchen and living area. The main bedroom tent is furnished with a king-size bed and 2 wicker couches, the second tented bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and the third tented bedroom has 2 single beds; each tented bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, with access to a private deck with an outdoor shower. The main common tent houses the kitchen and open-plan living area, with the guest toilet. The well-equipped open-plan kitchen contains a gas stove and an oven, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. The adjacent dining area offers a table with seating, and the lounge offers comfortable sofas to relax on. The lounge features glass stacking doors that open onto the ocean-facing deck, where there is a staircase that leads down to the beach. A kettle braai facility is available for guests to use.
