Excellent.

Had a very comfortable stay with beautiful linen and friendly, great service. Will definitely go back if I need accommodation in the Nigel area. Highly recommended and very reasonably priced.

Noisy. Rooms dilapidated. Service unfriendly and not accommodating.

No. On our arrival there was horribly loud music playing for day visitors. The rooms are clean, but neglected and dilapidated. Doorknobs are off doors, there is no milk available with the coffee, the toilet seat was loose and the shower drain was open. The paint is chipping everywhere. The reception was not helpful or friendly. We had an appointment in Heidelberg until late. We had to arrange so that we could access the premises when we came back, because there are no remotes available for the gate. We were asked to call reception and when we returned that evening and called reception, the reception was cold and unfriendly.
