Gladnie waarde vir geld.

Die meubels is seker 30 jaar oud en deurgesit. Die badkamer is op fotos mooi maar totaal onaanvaarbaar. Die bad en muur teëls trek van mekaar af weg. Die stort het net 'n handstort in wat baie onprakties is. Die plafonne is met skroewe vasgetrek en net so gelos. Die kombuiskaste trek los a.g.v. waterskade. The shower only has a hand shower in it which is very impractical. The ceilings were tightened with screws and left as is. The kitchen cabinets come loose due to water damage. We had to wash the cutlery before it could be used.
