Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
- Electricity is backed up by an inverter. When the stove clock is off, Eskom is off. Reduce usage to ensure battery life.
- Water is backed up by main and secondary tanks. The pressure pump is in the tank room.
- Toilets occasionally run after flushing. This will empty the tank. Press the flush plate again to stop.
- The cleaner comes every Friday. Her name is Bibi.
- The gardener comes on Thursday. His name is Moses.
- We have an eco-friendly septic tank.
Please do not throw any cleaning products or anything else down the toilet.
- Keep windows closed if you are away — the monkeys will visit you.
- The rubbish gets collected on Tuesday. There are see-through bags just for recyclables. Please put the rubbish in the green wheely bin and take it outside.
