Kitesurfers Dream on the Beach is an upmarket self-catering apartment ideally located in the secure Sunset Bay complex in Blouberg, literally just 10 metres away from the beach, 100 m from a shopping centre with coffee shops, restaurants, bars and laundry, and 80 m from a MyCiTi bus stop. The apartment is ideal for kitesurfers, working professionals and holidaymakers.

The air-conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet, washbasin, underfloor heating, and heated towel rails. The bedroom has doors opening to the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher. There is a dining table and a bench, as well as a work desk with an ergonomic chair. The lounge area contains a couch and a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. Uncapped fibre Wi-Fi is available. An additional single bed can be placed in the lounge area for a third guest. The living area opens to the balcony which has outdoor seating and side sea views.

A designated underground parking bay is available, as well as a lockable garage to keep a surfboard or kitesurf equipment.

The Sunset Bay complex offers a lovely communal swimming pool, with a deck and picnic tables.
