Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Kindly please adhere to the following house rules:
- No smoking inside the establishment. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Kleinbaai is situated between very dry Fynbos and the 'flicking' of cigarette buds can have traumatic and dangerous consequences.
- No noise policy - this is a quiet residential area - please respect the neighbouring homes.
- Only booked guests, checked in, are allowed to sleep on the premises.
- The property is well looked after, the hosts wholeheartedly expect any guest to respect the property at all cost.
- Guests will be added to a WhatsApp group and be kept informed of all and any events happening in the area during your stay dates, especially during a long weekend and Christmas season when the area is filled with events.
