Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
1. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden.
2. No pets are allowed.
3. Parties/ events are not allowed.
4. Quiet hours inside the complex are between 9:00 pm to 08:00 am.
5. Water, electricity, and heating are included in the rental price. However, in order to respect the environment, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not leave the water running unnecessarily, and do not leave the doors and windows open for long periods of time open for a long time if you use the heating.
6. On arrival, guests will be given the keys in person.
7. An inventory will be made at the beginning and end of your stay.
8. Spa, massages, and laundry services are available inside the building at extra cost.
9. Free renewal of linen and free apartment clean-up from the 8th day's booking afterwards it will be renewed once a week.
10. The reservation will be 100% non-refundable if the customer's main name is different from the physical person. No key handover.
