The house is located 1.8 km from Knysna's Waterfront, approximately 3 km from Thesen Island and 7 km from the magnificent Knysna Heads. It is within easy reach of 3 golf courses which include Pezula and Simola.

This self-catering home comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet with a bidet, and basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The remaining bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet with a bidet, and basin.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
