Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R200 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
This unit may only accommodate the number of guests specified on the booking invoice at any given time.
Loud music or noise is strictly not allowed after 22:00.
Guests are required to bring their own DStv decoder and smart card.
A refundable breakage deposit is payable per unit on arrival. Breakage deposits will only be paid back at departure after inventory has been taken with the guests.
Dogs are strictly not allowed inside the unit or on the property. Visitors are also not allowed to bring dogs with them. Should a dog be brought with them, guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without a refund.
Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the home.
Guests may be asked to vacate the premises immediately if they fail to adhere to the rules.
