Hi Nkosiyezwe,

Thank you for your review, but I am disappointed that we only get a 3 for customer service as I believe we went above and beyond for you, even sending your child's sneakers to you as you had left them behind.
Not sure I understand what is wrong with the swimming pool.
Regarding the TV connections, you left your cables at home, and we came to the unit after work to help you with other cables, but then you called me back as you had also left your power cable behind, so unfortunately we could not assist with this and you then said you were going to the shop to buy a new power cable.
The owner does not supply towels and it is advised as such on our communication to you.

We sincerely hope we can accommodate you in future and that you will give us a 5 star rating next time.
