La Belle Vie @ Village-Living is a stylish house located in the heart of Swartland.

The main bedroom and second bedrooms are both furnished with a queen-size bed and have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The main bedroom walks out on its private patio that overlooks the swimming pool. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds which can be converted into a double bed and have a beautifully designed en-suite bathroom fitted with a corner bath, shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
This property features an open-plan kitchen and dining space which leads to a lounge that has comfy seating, and a Smart TV, where guests can enjoy Youtube, Showmax, Netflix, and Dstv Now on their own account. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, cutlery and crockery as well as a dining table. For guests’ convenience, there is a dishwasher. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Throughout the sliding doors of the living area, guests walk out onto the patio, where they are welcomed by a pristine ambiance, comfy seating, and an outdoor braai area. The patio leads to a Kol-Kol wood-fired hot tub and a splash pool for guests to unwind in. Additionally, there is also a lovely sandpit for children to play in.
