Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R550 admin fee per booking.

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
- Houses and apartments are booked strictly based on the number of beds available. The number of guests in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
- Bookings for groups of adults are not accepted.
- No day visitors are allowed and no guests from other units are allowed.
- No loud music, noise and parties are allowed at any time of the day or night. No noise is allowed between 20:00 and 08:00.
- The responsible tenant must be 25 years or older.
- All outstanding fees must be paid 2 weeks before arrival for off-season times, and 1 month for in-season times via cash, EFT and bank deposits. The breakage deposit will be refunded on the 7th and 21st day of each month.
- No pets are allowed.
- Smoking inside the unit is not allowed.
- Cleaning services are available at extra cost, only on weekdays.
- Unit must be left tidy, with few dirty dishes.
