Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
The property has an inverter with backup batteries meaning that guests have access to WiFi during power outages.
Houses and flats are rented strictly on the number of beds available. The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for. Quiet times are between 20:00 and 08:00.
We do not take bookings for groups of adults.
No day visitors are allowed or from other units.
No loud music, noise and parties are allowed at any time of day.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
All outstanding fees are payable 2 weeks before the unit is occupied in off season, and 1 month prior to arrival in peak season, via cash, EFT and bank deposits. It will be refunded on the 7th and 21st day of every month closest to your departure date
No pets allowed.
Smoking inside the unit is not permitted.
Cleaning services are available at an additional cost on weekdays.
The unit must be left neat and with few dirty dishes.
